Reservation Policies

1. Operating Hours

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

2. Dress Code

Elegant – Formal (classic) (No caps, hats, sleeveless shirts, tank tops, etc.).

3. Reservation Confirmation

To assign the table, at least half plus one of the total guests included in the reservation must be present at the establishment.

4. Punctuality

The reservation must arrive no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If this time is not met, the reservation will be automatically lost.

5. Reservation Modality

Casa D does not operate under the format of a conventional restaurant. Being a dinner party, there is no table rotation like in a regular restaurant. For this reason, reservations must be made early (before 8:30 p.m.). The location will be assigned according to the type of consumption selected.

6. Reservations after 9:00 p.m.

After 9:00 p.m., availability of location for reservations is not guaranteed.

7. Guest Entry

All members of the reservation may enter as long as they are within the total number of people previously registered.

8. Additional Guests

Once the reservation has completed its total attendees, any additional person wishing to join the already seated table will be subject to corresponding charges (applies the same day).

9. Minimum Consumption – Thursdays

On Thursdays, as a general rule, no minimum consumption is required. However, it is recommended to communicate directly with Casa D to confirm if there is any special event or condition.

10. Locations and Options

Free consumption location: Grandma's kitchen and bars.
Minimum consumption location: $95 per person (garden table).
VIP consumption location: Lounges or library.
